Whitney Hayes
Over the last two decades, Whitney has lived in seven different states and developed a passion for real estate while buying, rehabbing, and selling several homes. More importantly she has seen first hand the power owning real estate has on creating wealth and is excited to bring this opportunity to her community.After graduating from the United States Air Force Academy, Whitney spent several years as a logistics management officer leading large scale deployment operations and brings a wealth of experience with team management. Currently she is located in Tokyo and spends her free time traveling Asia with her husband and kids.
Erika Thornton
Raised in Billings, Montana, Erika attended the United States Air Force Academy and then served in the Air Force as a Contracting Officer. With ten years of military service, Erika has led multiple teams of buyers in executing and managing millions of dollars in acquisition portfolios. After completing her service, she spent several years as an acquisitions strategist helping hundreds of tech startups expand their federal revenue streams. Her expertise in acquisitions has cultivated an eye for detail while being able to execute quickly and efficiently. Erika is an experienced real estate investor and owns rental units in Arkansas and Texas. She currently lives in Monterey, CA, and cherishes spending time with her husband and children.
Justin Pumpr
Justin has successfully invested in real estate since 2016, with a primary focus on Midwest markets where he owns multiple properties. He utilizes a deep understanding of market dynamics and data-driven decision-making to acquire distressed and value-add properties to turn them into income producing assets. In addition to their real estate activities, Justin is also an accomplished UX and Product Designer with an impressive 15-year track record in the field. Justin's passion centers around creating exceptional user experiences for digital products and generating wealth through strategic real estate investments. Justin currently lives in Oakland, CA after moving from England in 2011.
Joey Biccum - Advisor/Mentor
Originally hailing from New York State, Joey joined the United States Navy after high school. He was promoted to the rank of Chief Petty Officer before applying for the Limited Duty Officer (LDO) program and earning a commission into the Civil Engineer Corps (CEC). He is currently serving as the Division Officer at the Naval Diving and Salvage Training Center for the elite Seabee Divers of the Underwater Construction Teams.
Joey has 16 years of project management and large scale multi-million dollar project execution; specializing in large team management and multi-faceted joint service logistics, he has spent his career refining the skills needed to perform in any dynamic and high stress environment.
Joey is an experienced real estate investor that specializes in converting distressed properties into income producing assets. He is an active partner in Real Focus Capital Investments, a contributing member of the Active Duty Passive Income (ADPI) team, and graduate of the ADPI Multi-Family course and mastermind.He currently resides in Florida and is married to his high school sweetheart Nicole and is a father of two.
